The store, situated in the Lillies Quarter lifestyle centre, caters for your every need. We are known as the MTB specialists and carry a full range of bikes in this incredible sport. We have the ability to supply, you the discerning rider, with whatever you require, including road, triathlon bikes and BMX bikes.

The shop caters for all kinds of services, including the MAMBA service, which transforms your bike back to that “just like brand new” feel and look. We also have a fork and shock service centre, and are approved Fox Service agents.

During the summer months (October to April) we offer early morning rides leaving the shop at 05h00. During winter (May to September), we offer indoor training – bring your indoor trainer and road/MTB bike

At Maverick Cycles we have a passion. That passion is cycling, with a slightly more specific focus on MTB. We love to share our passion and want all our customers to enjoy their experience with us. If we cannot share the passion directly, we ant to be able to assist in, any manner, to ensure that you always enjoy your cycling experience. Our new look and revamped website is here for us to provide as much information as we can to everyone, bacause not everyone has the time to pop in and ask our advise. Our website is designed to be interactive - if anyone of our clientelle has an interesting experience that they would like to share, we would love to place that on our site. We also belive that this is a great way to get both regions we operate in to experience what happens in the other. Our website will slowly develop and grow, and soon some of the blank pages will be filled with exciting information.

In our products page, we will talk about products we have tried and tested - this will not be "cut and paste" from other pages or mags, but exactly what we feel and experience using the different types of products that we stock, thereby giving you information on what works, and what we recommend.

We will also carry information on events, races, trails, results (both local, national and international), linke to websites of the products we stock etc. All in all a one stop information stop.
